2. Message Content: Messages may include housing availability alerts, application status updates, and important program information related to our rental and transitional housing programs.
3. Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe, reply with 'STOP' to any message or click the 'Unsubscribe' link in the footer of every message.
4. Message Frequency: We will only send messages to your mobile number when there is a critical update regarding your housing application or program participation.
