Common Questions
What happens if I am on the waitlist?
Our rentals averages around 6 months. We will contact you immediately when a space opens up.
Is there a fee applying?
No. Ithaka Housing is a nonprofit organization. We do not charge any fees for housing applications or waitlist registration.
